SaaS that extracts a video's transcript, derives a channel “persona”, then generates editable, exportable articles and posts (blog, X, LinkedIn, Instagram…). Stripe subscription billing, FR/EN interface.
Context
A complete micro-SaaS exercise: from YouTube OAuth to Stripe webhooks, through legal pages and internationalization.
What I built
- YouTube channel connection (OAuth), video list, transcript extraction, persona generation.
- End-to-end Stripe: checkout, customer portal, webhooks, subscription sync, three monthly/yearly plans.
- Generation history, editor, sitemap, terms/privacy/refund pages.
Outcome
Beta online. The product did not reach the version I was aiming for; I keep it as a demonstrator of what I can ship alone in a few weeks.
